Default text on scores question

Just started using the program and this is my first question and post. I have a piece for string trio and wish to add free text details to all pages ie copyright info - is there a button that will replicate this text on all pages?

Also, when viewing the score in part mode I inserted text to the 1st Violin page (to indicate 1st Violin part) but when I go to the Cello page and write Cello and then return to Violin it has now changed the 1st Violin text to Cello. Why is this?

Basically, I need to duplicate text on some pages but have certain text that is relevant to that page only. Please help.
