Hi Fred, I've had slow

Hi Fred,

I've had slow start up of Composer for quite a while, not just with 03. But once started, I can close and re-open it any number of times and it's immediate. After a re-start, it's the same thing: very slow first open; immediate thereafter. Does Composer open fast after the the initial slow start for you, too?
