When trying to install the software I'm getting a message "the specified account already exists." How do I fix that?

If you are trying to install any Notation Software product and are seeing the error "the specified account already exists", it is typically an issue with a registry entry.  To fix this issue, you will need to use Microsoft's Install/Uninstall Cleaner, which you can download from http://aka.ms/Program_Install_and_Uninstall .
