Just so you know, MidiNotate 4.0.9 is considered obsolete because of many changes in the Windows Operating system. This may be the issue. You can purchase an upgrade to Notation Musician 2.6.3 for the modest price of $14.99 usd by visiting www.notation.com/UpgradeOrder.php

Any problems, let me know at support@notation.com

ttfn,
Sherry

Hi,

Are your MIDI files all from one source? There may be a problem with the file save or export from that source.

You can try reinstalling our software, or send me a copy of one of the .mid files that you are trying to open if reinstalling the software does not take care of the problem. Please post the .mid file either here or send it to me at support@notation.com

Thanks!
Sherry
