Default Mark, I must commend you o

Mark,

I must commend you on the excellent service you and Sherry provide.

I can't even imagine waltzing on the Coda forum and directly asking the developers questions about Finale. But here, it seems you respond to the majority of posts and queries. Granted, Finale and Sibaleus have have much larger user bases, but it still must take no small effort on your part. Thank you, Mark, for your excellent product and
Thank you both for your services to the community.

Default Hello Mike, Thanks for this

Hello Mike,

Thanks for this compliment on our customer support. We're committed to it.

I'll go down for the record here that Notation Software will always try to maintenance at least this quality of customer support. This requires dedicating valuable product experts like Sherry and myself to doing product support.

As we grow, we'll bring in additional product experts, probably as we did with Sherry, who was already quite expert on the product before she joined the company. My general plan now is that any developer, tester, or program manager, who will be expert with the product, will also share in the responsibilities and rewards of providing customer support-- not only for the benefit of our customers, but also to get the feedback we need to improve the quality and usability of the product.

Cheers
-- Mark
