Hi,

Given the length of the file, can you point out exactly where (eg. measure number) the problem is occurring?

Thanks!
Sherry

Hi, Krevez:

In the two Keyboard parts, you have sustain pedal down events at bars 44 and 45, respectively, with no pedal up.

Use Graphovernotes (TM) and select the pedal icon to see the events, then select the eraser (type "e") to rub them out.

Should work fine after that.

Hi,

Another method you can use if you have a lot of events and want to erase all of them (and this is applicable to any MIDI events you may want to "bulk edit"):

  1. Click on Graph Over Notes
  2. Click the Staff Select button for the staff you want to work on.
    • If you want multiple staves, click the topmost one, hold the Shift key, then click the bottom one.
    • If you want the entire song, click on Region>Select Region>Ok.
  3. Now click the "Ctl" button with the red question mark in the Graph Over Notes palette. Here you can select whichever MIDI controller (eg. pedal, chorus, etc.) you want. The most frequently used controllers do already have their own button on that same bar - eg. pedal, pitch bend, etc. - and you can select those using their dedicated buttons.
  4. Now hit the "Delete" button on your keyboard. If you had multiple events, or something like "chorus" was set at a level and you just wanted it entirely removed, you've now succeeded in deleting the entire thing (for volume, you can't delete it entirely).
At the point of (3) above, you can also use Shift and the arrow keys to shift an entire graph up or down (eg. change the overall volume up or down), which is handy if you have a "curvy" series and just want to adjust the overall staff relative to other staves.

You can also use the "96" button to set an overall " straight" level for that entire graph by entering a number value. The dialog that comes up will show you the available range for the given MIDI controller that you are currently working on.

ttfn,
Sherry
