Default Upgrade path ?

Hello,

I see in the announcement part of the forum that a new version of notation composer is now available with "a lot of bug fixed" which is a very good news.
So, of course I followed the link, eager to buy an update but I see no upgrade path. Does that mean that people who own version 2 (very buggy) have to pay the full price to get version 3 ?
Thank you in advance for your answer

J-L

Edit : Sorry, found the ansewer to my question, I wasn't looking at the right place
