Re-download after Windows recovery
My desktop computer failed to start a few days ago and so I have had to do a complete recovery of Windows and am now working through reinstalling all my software. I find that although I have an install set for Composer 2.6 I do have any install sets for Composer 3. I think it had to be installed directly from your website.
I purchased two licenses with the following keys - 2776000079446327 7053000079446327 In fact I had only used one licence as I left my laptop running under Composer 2.6 as there was a Composer 3 bug related to multiple lyric verses. Could you please tell me how I can reinstall Composer 3 on both machines? Thanks Tim |

Re: Re-download after Windows recovery
Hi Tim,
Actually one of the nice things about version 3 is that the fully purchased installation creates a folder called /Installation for you. There are instructions in the Help/QuickStart Guide that detail where the folder is, and telling you to make a copy of the folder to save in case you need to reinstall the software. Unless you had to totally wipe the hard drive, that folder should still be intact. You can find the QuickStart Guide online at http://www.notation.com/download/Qui...s-Composer.pdf If you run into any further troubles, please contact us directly at support@notation.com Merry Christmas, Sherry
