A few years ago, that was an easy question, but Type 0 is so little used these days that most programs have dropped support for it, and those that still exist are often 16-bit or even DOS only.

I'm betting that you're using a Yamaha keyboard.

However, try http://www.gnmidi.com/utils/midi1to0.zip.

That's Gunter Nagler's software and, although his homepage says it's no longer available, the link above may work for you. It just did for me.
