Dear Mark, Sherry.

When I
- select a track or part of it, with lyrics,
- copy (Contr+C),
- Select same meaures on another track
- then Paste Special - Lyrics
I get an error message
"Internal Program Error: c0000005 adress: 63ad84"

I have attached the notation file. Its a multitrack midi file
of which I have made a part with two tracks, one is only lyrics
which I want to copy to the second track (which is the melody track)
Other track are hidden.

Cheers Jaap

Default Hello Jaap and Sherry, I wa

Hello Jaap and Sherry,

I was able to reproduce that bug. The problem seems to be that the Paste Special - Lyrics command only wants to paste lyrics that sit underneath notes. Worse, if the lyrics sit under no notes at all, then the command results with the Internal Program Error you reported. This is all bad. Sherry, please add it to the task database-- Thanks.

Jaap, in this particular song, you can work around the problem by merging the no-notes lyrics track with the notes.

Cheers

Default Mark, Thanks for your reply

Mark,

Thanks for your reply. It's a good work around.
It's only occasional that I find a midi file with lyrics in an empty track. So this problem is not priority, certainly not with your work around.

Thanks again, cheers

Jaap
