Default Merry Christmas once again, Da

Merry Christmas once again, David!

I'm writing this message in the last moment of the Christmas eve! I want to send you and everyone else a Christmas present from San Francisco. Although it's unfinished yet, but I hope you'll get the main idea.

I have unzipped your "First Christmas Tree" easy, David. With no difficulties... I've listened that piece a several times and I can tell ya: "You've done a **** of a job, dude!!!" I can't even imaging how many months (years?) you were compose this huge thing.
I felt a strong influence of Andrew Lloyd Webber there, such as a multiple changing of keys and time signatures, and entire mood of composition. I'm not a big specialist in a big forms of music (an opera, a ballet, a symphony and a musical), but it sounds ALMOST perfect.

You wrote about "Jingle Rock", David:
--Great bass line! --

Thank you, brother! This is because I know the rules, which makes the bass line IRRESISTIBLE! If you'll listen to any of my pieces, placed here, you shall feel the same comfort and enjoyment.
Well, as far as I'm concern, David, in the "First Christmas Tree" I noticed the entire LACK of the bass line. And you know why? Because you broke "the 3-rd line rule", man! Let me explain.
Notes of the bass line should not CROSS UP the 3-rd line of the staves. Why? Because they are begin messing up with notes from other staves. Thus, it is become UNHEARABLE for the human ear.
And this is true! It is not because Kombrig said so, but this is a fact of a human physiology.
Fortunately, it's easy to fix! You just select notes of the bass line, and then hit "p + Page down". I've done such an action within a couple of measures and you know what? It's sounds much better!
Also I strongly suggest add a drum line (use light drums and bells). It can improve the sound, as well.

No hard feelings, David.
Be happy.
Kombrig.

P. S. And please, call me Kombrig, OK?
