A couple of notes here:
1. Be sure that you're using Composer 3, not Musician 3 or Composer 2.6.3. The Band in a Box plugin only works with Composer 3.
2. Please note that it's the plugin for Composer that we incorporate, not any sort of "bridge" between Composer and the full Band in a Box program as sold by PG Music.
If the above info doesn't help with sorting things out, please let us know.
