I've never had that issue in a boat load of copy/paste of entire songs, so there may well be a lurking issue that depends on a particular condition.
If you wouldn't mind sharing the two files either here or sending them to me at
support@notation.com I'd appreciate it. Knowing the steps you took to do the copy/paste that showed the problem would be very helpful as well.
