Converting MIDI Type 1 files to MIDI Type 0 files

Hi friends,

As some keyboardists especially know, there are two types of MIDI files - Type 1 and Type 0. Notation Software products export a MIDI file in the Type 1 format, but not Type 0 (yet ;)...
