We at Notation Software participated in this project. Version 5.1.4 includes many enhancements using the Windows MIDI Services of Windows 11.

Well, isn't that interesting?


I remember arguments back in '83 that nobody would ever need more than two synths MIDI'd together, let alone a network.


As Dylan (Bob, not Thomas) said, "The times they are a-changing."

Please see this bug report from Feb. 7th, 2025 where one can see how important it was for Notation Software to participate early on.

It was really fun working with Pete Brown and the Microsoft team in this project for more than 1 year. They ran the project very professionally and have been very responsive.
