Hi Ken
I have had a look at your music, great stuff but did you print it and then scan it to produce a pdf file? If so there is a great little program called pdf creator and it is only a printer driver so when you create a piece of notation go to print as usual and drop the printer menu down to pdf creator instead of your normal printer and you can create the pdf any size that you want. Basicly if you can print it you can create a pdf.
Oh and by the way, it's free.
