I'm not at all religious, but my friend Brian asked me to put my skills to the test and write a hymn to go with his words.
Hope you like it - the knack is to write something new that "sounds" like you've heard it before (well, that's my aim in melody writing, anyway). Please let me know if there are any places to submit new hymns.
