Selecting a Configuration

Go to the previous page in the Table of Contents.

Go to the next page in the Table of Contents.

To select a configuration that you have previously saved:

1.	Choose the MIDI Device Configuration command from the Setup menu.

Type "qdc" for Quick Device Configuration.

2.	In the MIDI Device Configuration Window, choose the Select command from the Config menu. Composer will display the MIDI Device Configuration dialog box.

3.	In the dialog box, select one of your previously saved configurations.

If you have a song currently opened, then Composer will be able to fully play all of the song staves only if the device assignments for the staves are supported by the new configuration. If some of the staves are assigned to a device no longer in the current configuration, then you will need to use the Staff Setup window to reassign staves to devices in the new configuration.
