Question Converting to Midi

I'm looking for software that will let me convert my wav or mp3 file to a Midi. I already tried amazing midi, but all that did was take the notes and scamble them.

When I would upload into Composer it would change the Key to F, when it's supposed to be in Bb. The file consists of only piano, no other instrument is involved.

Would appriciate any suggestions on software that might suit my needs, and works well with composer.
