Default Drum roll, please!

On previous scores, I've used drum set setup information from my Clavinova, instead of General Midi. Obviously, that means some folks won't hear what I've written the way I hear it, if their midi doesn't support my selection.

When I check the Drum Instrument box in Staff Setup, and set the Bank to General Midi, Patch comes up as 1, Grand Piano. What is the General Midi drum set?

Specifically, I need a drum roll. Does General Midi have a drum roll? I don't like the sound that a tremolo gives on a snare -- sounds like one of those rachet toys. My Clavinova has a specific note that is a snare roll, but I can't even get drum sounds out of General Midi with Drum Instrument checked.
