Re: How to Clear "MIDI" effects
Howdy,
To see what types of MIDI controllers have been used in a file: 1. Click on Graph Over Notes 2. Click the "Ctl" button that has the red "?" on it. 3. Look at the list. Any cc's that have an asterisk "*" beside them have some kind of value in the file. To clear them (eg. to clear all Mod Wheel data): 1. Select the controller per step 3 above 2. Use "Region/Select" to select the entire song. 3. MAKE SURE THAT THE HIGHLIGHTING IS PINK, NOT BLUE. When it's pink, you're only working on the selected MIDI data, not the notes and other stuff. Hit "Delete" on your keyboard, and all data for the selected MIDI controller will be deleted. 4. Lather, rinse, repeat for each MIDI cc you don't want. ttfn, Sherry
