Hi David,
That's very nice of you to offer, but at this point it is a low priority because I have a work around. If this is something that you are really curious about, it would be interesting to see if you can make sense of it. The keyboard is a Casio XW-P1 (synth) and I am attaching an ins file. I have not attached a .not file because I was using very basic music and fooling around with MIDI setup in Notation seems straight-forward to me (after trying lots of combinations).
