Default Compatibility with Midinotate 4.05

I plan on purchasing Notation Musician. I have several hundred arranged notation files using Midinotate 4.05. Can these be opened in Musician without any issues? I have tried the trial demo and noticed frequent enharmonic equivalence problems. (such as A# for Bb) .
I assume these can be corrected but I'm wondering if there are any other problems to be aware of.
Any help here would be most appreciated.
