Hi Sherry,
Hi Sherry,
<blockquote><hr size=0><!-quote-!><font size=1>quote:</font> All should be well now - please try again. I apologize for the inconvenience here.<!-/quote-!><hr size=0></blockquote>You don't need to say "I apologize". You can say "we apologize". Or, if you want to really point the finger to the source of the problem, you can say, "Mark apologizes". ;-) Cheers -- Mark |

Hello Daniel,
What version is reported by the About command in the Help menu? I was aware of a similar problem for version 2.3, but I thought I had fixed it. And I had tested the updated from 2.2 to 2.3.1. A work-around for this problem is to completely redownload your purchased copy of Composer, following the instructions at www.notation.com/redownload.htm Cheers -- Mark |

I have 2.9.1.0 (in the About section), but 'review update' tells me (in a pop-up browser) I have 2.9.0.7, and that the most recent version I can update to is 2.3.1(of course).
The web update wizard, which pops up when I push 'install update', says after I push 'next'(and I quote) "You already have the most recent version of Notation Composer 2.9.1.0 on your system". Hope that clarifies, ~Daniel |

Howdy Daniel,
You may need to uninstall the Notation Composer installation that you currently have, and redownload the full 2.3.1 installation file by following the directions at www.notation.com/Redownload.htm. After fully installing this file, you should then restart your computer. All the versions should be in alignment then ttfn, Sherry |
