Yeah, that part can be a little tricky. Perhaps the easiest thing to do is to position it where the individual parts will look "right", and print those parts (assuming they're all formatted the same). Then, for the conductor's score, adjust the text to where it looks "right", and print that part.

The issue here is that since we're using the "trick" of using a Page Text item, it gets placed at a specific location relative to the page size, eg. "always at 2 inches from the top edge, 1.5 inches from the left edge." This may overlap with other "fluid" elements of various parts, though. Free text, however, is placed relative to some "anchor point" on the score, eg. 2nd beat of the first measure of the first system, or some such relative placement.

As I mentioned we do have better Free Text options (to have it behave somewhat like a page text element, but keep the better relative placement of free text) on the to-do list.
