Default simple chords

I have 2 questions
I have used version Musician for many years and have just upgraded to version 3
I try to use it exactly the same but I do not get the results I used to get
What I want to achieve is :
From a midi produce a melody key sheet with simple chords plus lyrics if available in the midi
What i used to do was from conductors score choose fake book lead from Part
choose staff that includes melody or lyrics then on chords it asks me to choose a staff whereas before it used to skip that step and go to finish and I used to get a sheet with simple chords. Now i am getting a sheet incomplete and with complex chords
How can a produce a very simple melody note and simple chord sheet again
