Golly, Sherry! What a wonderful document! Thank you very much for making this available. I have to say I'm very thankful that Notation is taking care of these little items for me. This would have been really handy back when I was doing everything freehand. I know on a number of occasions back in those days when I would scour printed music looking for an example of the proper way to show what I wanted to write.

Still, what a wonderful primer for anyone wanting to know the nitty-gritty of notating music. I hope many people will get to see the great reference book.
