Playlist looking for songs other than Midi format
Playlist keeps looking for songs other than Midi format. I get this error message when I try to play a playlist that it can't find .midi, .kar, ,not files. All I added were midi files.

Re: Playlist looking for songs other than Midi format
Hi Mitch,
When you add a song to a playlist, Musician tries to allow for the possibility that you may do some editing to the song after you open it up. When you do that, and then save the file, it will be saved as a .not filetype (unless you specifically use File/Export as a .kar or .mid filetype). So, when you re-open Musician and your playlist, Musician first looks for .not filetypes for songs in your song list(s). It also looks for .kar as well as the original .mid files. If it can't find any of these, then it gives the message that you're seeing here. This problem can happen if files have been moved to a different folder since the playlist was created, or if the songs were on a disc or flashdrive and the disc or flashdrive is no longer in the machine you're using. ttfn, Sherry
