Default Simple Step by Step to use VST in NC Version 4

After searching through all of the forum I have decided to post this question on behalf of everyone.

Instead of using the default soundfont, is there a simple step by step guide to set up a VST in Notation Composer V4?

for example pianoteq or the Garritan Yamaha virtual instruments...

Not being able to do this means I usually use my other DAWs like Reaper etc
If I could set this up I would 100% happy with Notation Composer..

Thanks!
