Default "Score" for PhotoScore

Reinhold, Sherry, DJ and other interested parties:

This posting is to share my latest PhotoScore experience.

I started with a PDF from Sheet Music Plus; opened it with PhotoScore (Version 2020.1 (0.0.0)); without any changes, did a Save MusicXML; opened the XML file with Notation Composer (4.0.2). Musically, it appears to be spot on, with the exception of the clams in measure 16, where flats are needed on the Db and Ab.

The lyrics are also very decent, measure 13 being an embarrassing exception, and the plug for the seller near the end.

This was probably the "cleanest" PhotoScore capture I've experienced. I hope this is helpful!

Default Re: "Score" for PhotoScore

Hi, Ralph:

Very interesting.

A far cry from my experiences with earlier version of Photoscore, back when dragons walked the earth. If I recall, I simply gave up and did it by hand.

Modern technology, huh?
