Here are my Variations for Pia
Here are my Variations for Piano. Written in three short movements, the main "Theme and Variations" are found in the first movement, but in reality each complete movement is a variation on the theme as well.
For those not used to this style of writing, I should warn you that the Variations for Piano is a twelve-tone atonal piece, using tone-rows which are derived from Webern's final completed work the Cantata No. 2. Lots of serial techniques are used in these variations, including canonic fugues, palindromes, retrograde patterns and tropes. I have attached both midi files and the score - if watching the score , the best way is probably on page view. Enjoy!! <center><table border=1><tr><td>Variations for Piano.
