For some reason I have lost all sound when trying to play a midi. I have re-installed but no luck with midi notation or musician.
Any ideas? |

Re: Why no sound
Hi, Maurellus:
Does sound still work with other programs? There is a known bug in Windows up to Vista (I think), where Windows decides to shut off all sound if and when it wants to. Microsoft would call that an "undocumented feature". Sometimes when the Media Player quits, it mutes all sound. Check your computer's sound settings and see whether all is good. Also check with other programs and see if you still have sound. Other than that, what is your system: computer/OS, synth/sound generator, etc. Unlikely to be anything serious. David |

For some reason it's started playing again. So I can't trouble shoot at the moment. So I'll try your suggestions if it happens again. |
