The Lady in Red Duet
"The Lady in Red" was written by Chris De Burgh in 1986, and he made a popular recording of it. This should not be confused with another "The Lady in Red", which was written in 1935 by Allie Wrubel.
This arrangement is on the difficult side as the range is almost a full two octaves. This is a very special song for my wife Cynthia and me, as it was the first song we ever danced to - and, fittingly, she was wearing a red dress that night - and, as De Burgh's lyrics state - she was amazing. If you would like to see the lyrics or the chords, you can use Composer commands to display them: for lyrics use qsl; for chords use qscn. Ralph R.
