It sounds to me as though the pitch bends are interfering with the smoothness. They are making it sound as if there are additional iterations that aren't actually there. As the Prince said to Mozart, "Just get rid of a few, then it'll be perfect."

Well played, by the way, as it is obvious that the bends were done in real time and that kind of Stephane Grappelli fiddle stuff is hard to do.

Choose Graph Over Notes (TM) and Pitch Bend (note with wavy line icon) to view the pitch bend information, then edit it as you like.
