Default new query

Hi Sherry,
Unfortunately, I am here again with another problem .....
Composer, does not allow me to transcribe this measure of drums.
the upper notes, do not give me any problems,
but when I go to write down the lower notes,
arrived at the third note of "1/16 and I have to write the first triplet, the software does not allow it, as it automatically inserts a pause of 1/16
while the triplet to write, it should be a pause of 1 \ 8.
I tried to recreate a measure with single notes, writing alone, the lower notes.
attached the image of the measure in question,
but to understand what's going on, you have to try to transcribe with Composer.
I hope you have the solution,
I tried in all ways but I did not succeed,
I think that we should be able to move the rests of 1 \ 16 forward over the rests of 2 \ 4
to be able to write the first triplet.
but I think this can not be done. Thanks in advance
kind regards
Franco

Hi Franco,

Can you please either post a copy of the file here, or send it to me at support@notation.com I see something else that may or may not be affecting the entry you're trying to make, and would like to check it out. Please tell me which measure this is that is displaying the problem (it just helps me find it faster).

Thanks!
Sherry
