Default Retaining song time

I'm sure I'm missing something basic here but ...
When planning the final order of items for our choir concerts, we need to have the duration of each item. Of course we do a live timing in our rehearsals, but to get ahead of the game I thought I could use the timing from Notation.
The Song Time feature is tantalisingly useful but the time disappears as soon as the piece finishes so you have to watch carefully to catch it before it goes.
Is the Song Time in fact retained anywhere and is it visible to a user?
Thanks
Tim

Hi Tim,

You're not missing anything - the behavior is as you describe. It is on the "wish list" to have the time show for wherever the playback cursor is "resting", but that enhancement has not been implemented at this time.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

ttfn,
Sherry

Tim,

If you export your songs to midi files and load them into the free VanBasco
karaoke player, it will give the total playing duration of a midi file.

p.s. Tim, you can go all the way to the end page and hit "Play", then click in the last measure to get a quick view.

Sherry
