Hi Mark,

Here is a runtime error abnormal program termination I was able to repeat several times.

Go the last measure, that last two notes, piano RH.
Use D and left arrow to make the first G a 16th note.
Delete the second G5 and replace it with an 8th note on the rest following the first G, now a 16th note.
Hit D and right arrow to make the inserted G a dotted 8th note.
It winks out at this point.
