Thanks for sending me your USERSONG02.MID and Organ.not template files. I have indeed found some problems with Edit / Paste Special / Insert New Measures from Clipboard. Perhaps that feature became broken after version 2.2, which explains why you have particularly wanted to stay back on 2.2, which in most respects is inferior to more recent versions in terms of software quality and usability.

I will work on this Edit / Paste Special / Insert New Measures from Clipboard bug for the next 2.5.1 maintenance release, which is tentatively scheduled for about 7 to 10 days from now.
