Bingo! Thanks for the additional information - I'm now seeing the problem.
Unfortunately I'm not seeing a quick work around for the shortcut, which also has an additionall problem (it still starts the rehearsal at the first rehearsal mark even after shifting the start/end rehearsal points).
I'll write this up for fixing, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
