This post is in the interest of information, not stifling questions or comments

Some folks may not realize that a number of common issues may already be answered in our Knowledge Base at http://notation.kayako.com/Knowledgebase/List
Just enter a term that is related to the issue, and see if the answer is there. We typically try to have step-by-step instructions for the fix (eg. Windows' font issues, etc.).

As always, though, you can feel free to ask questions here on the Users Forum or at our Helpdesk. The Helpdesk can be reached either via email at support@notation.com or online at http://notation.kayako.com/Tickets/Submit
When you submit a ticket, you should receive an immediate acknowledgement email. If you don't, then check your spam or junk folder to see if it was put there because of the link. Alternatively, you can always log back into the support area there to check on your ticket. We try to answer within 24 hours, though it may be longer around holidays.
