Default Program Change momentarily incorrect during playback

Problem description:

When starting playback in the middle of a song (rather than at the song's beginning) the notation software scans the song from the beginning, to determine the correct Program Change patch that should be in effect at this current playback start location. However, when playback starts, rather than using the Program Change that should be in-effect at the BEGINNING of the playback-start measure, the software uses the Program Change that would be in-effect at the END of the playback-start measure. This momentary wrong setup is subsequently corrected at the Program Change occuring later in that measusre.

Workaround:

Simply start playback in the PRIOR measure earlier to workaround it. This is a very small problem, and is simply being reported for possible fix in the next release.

Details:
See example file. Start playback at note "2" (that occurs BEFORE the GLOCK) -- you should hear PIANO but you hear GLOCK.
Likewise, start playback at note "3" (that comes before SAX) -- you should hear GLOCK but you hear SAX.
