Since someone had some appreciation for the original attempt, here is Rhapsody In Blue (in midi file) in a two piano version. Primo Piano has a note velocity of 110, and Secundo Piano is set with a velocity of 96. The order of the staves are bass-treble-treble-bass and the pan
is interlaced so there are no holes, but you can tell some distinction between PRIMO and SECUNDO. The notation file would be about 1.5 megs, but is available by request. If you want the notation here, it would be split into 4 to 6 sections. This is not overdriven like the above, better balanced, and of course has only two pianos.
