Question Written piece possably missing notes.

I swear I must be going crazy. I wrote a song live, direct to midi a long while back and someone here helped get it condensed down to save paper (with repeats, ect). This also was a log time ago.
Recently, I decided it was time to re-learn the piece to get it re-recorded down into an audio format for my next CD release. While I was trying to re-learn it, something just didn't sound right, and I think I might be missing several bars of music on paper. The original audio was not perfect, and had some sour notes in it. I decided to replay the whole song and get it re-recorded down perfect.
My only problem is, I now have sheet music, that has no more sour notes, and is condensed; but it's missing a few bars. But then again, maybe I'm crazy and just hearing things. I was wondering if there is someone who could listen to the the original recording and take a look at the score to see what's missing.
Thanks so much!
