Hi, Sherry and all:
I joked on my Facebook page recently that jumping directly out of a VERY intense production of Stephen Sondheim's massive and macabre musical Sweeney Todd and right into a musicalized adaptation of a 14th century Christmas pageant has led to some weird music sailing through my head at 4:00 a.m.
Like this one, combining Michael Palestrina's medieval carol Gaudete (Rejoice) with a particularly weird moment from Sweeney Todd.
My apologies to both Palestrina and Stephen Sondheim.
David
