Where are the available MIDI Devices to mapped Stored or "Cached".

In the Setup - > MIDI Setup... -> Port -> Select Ports...

I have a boat load of devices that no longer exist.

I've uninstalled, unplugged etc. everything but Notation Keeps them cached somewhere.

I'd like to clean this list up.
