I'm sorry, I guess I didn't explain enough. The piece I'm thinking of uses a full orchestra, including trombones, cymbals, etc, indicating that it's a Romantic or later piece. It's style of orchestration is quite like Dvorak's 8th Slavonic Dance in G minor. I thought it might be a Slavonic Dance of Dvorak's, but I cheched through those, though I might have missed it.
