Hi Martin,

My guess is that it has to do with whether you have file extensions enabled on your machine.

To enable file extensions to show on your machine, you can:

  1. Run Windows Explore.
  2. Click on "Tools/Folder Options/View tab"
  3. UNcheck the option that says "Hide extensions for known file types".
  4. Click "Ok" to save and exit the dialog.
