INS files are still around, and Cakewalk has made their own catalog a bit less accessible than it used to be. I've posted a bunch that I had previously downloaded
in this other thread. There are also links to some other sites where you can find Yamaha INS files. If the one you're looking for is not in the group that I posted, nor at one of the sites linked from there, you can try searching the internet, using "INS file YOURDEVICEHERE".
