Notation software synth

Is there a way of resetting the software synth for Composer. Sometimes playback sounds really weird as if there was some kind of reverb or similar?:)

I think the popup window for the first item in the chord dialog is meant to say
"show or hide chord names" when hovering over it with the mouse. (Click Text then the G7 icon to get to the dialog)....

I have copied the MidiDev.cf3 across to beta 3 and I no longer get the midi device dialog in beta 3:) so your suggestion has worked.

I did a copy and replace so I no longer have the beta 3...

When I start a new song with composer 3.06 I do not get the device configuration dialog. But I get the dialog every time I start a new song with Composer3 BETA. I changed my device configuration...

Thanks for the tip about midiox. Ill definitely give it a try.

I use Cakewalk Sonar for the event list. It was just a thought I had that it might show up something to help with the missing chord problem. :)
