"Something" was written in 1969 by George Harrison, and was originally performed by the "Beatles". This duet is somewhere in between an arrangement and a reduction of the original recording. There is some extra difficulty in turning a "guitar band" song into a piece for wind instruments, but hopefully the essence of the piece is presented here. Measures 21 through 28 are an approximation of what I believe to be George Harrison's solo. As he is the composer, I would assume he is the soloist. At any rate, measures 27 and 28 are the real challenge, as he "bends" the guitar string to produce the figure played. I've tried to reproduce it as well as I can.
